New Year's Eve Styles

Whether you prefer a glamorously updated Little Black Dress (ooh-la-la lace!), touches of luxurious faux fur, or glimmer, shimmer, and SPARKLE, you’re sure to outshine the stars in these fabulous, festive end-of-year looks.

Dress Up, Dress Down

The Faux Fur Cardigan

Dress it Down: For a warm, cozy alternative to a blazer, try a faux fur collar cardi. Paired with dark rinse jeans, black flats, and a simple string of beads, this look can take you from office to errands and beyond.

Dress it Up: The same cardi does double duty as an elegant topper for a lovely lace skirt. When you want more than just a dash of panache, finish the look with oh-so-ladylike faux fur-trimmed gloves and posh necklace. Feminine and glamorous, you’re ready for dinner and a show in no time at all.

Shimmer Shell & Cardigan

Dress it Down: A WOW sequined top and shimmery cardi are tempered with dark jeans, a stack of wide bangles and black flats. Elegant enough for a party, but not too over-the-top for a coffee date.
Dress it Up: When it’s time to pull out all the stops, switch the jeans for wide-leg trousers in wintry white – so on-trend. Add shimmery heels, a fur scarf and glittery holiday jewels. It’s a dramatic look that shines through whatever and wherever your special evening takes you.

Dual Nature Jacket

The top-rated Dual Nature Jacket – three synchronized pieces, five ways to wear! Fleece, vest, and faux-fur hood can be added, subtracted, and combined every-which-way to respond to the whims of fashion or the changing weather.

Wonder Winterland

Tone-on-tone neutrals are so hot when it gets cold!

This winter, take your cue from the landscape and try layering head-to-toe white, cream, or ivory. Accent with surprising textures, like knits, sequin and sparkle. Or soften up your look with luxurious swaths of faux fur – here we’ve done it with collars, vests and cuffs.

The look is classic, glowing, and surprisingly warm.

Winter Wonderful Cardigans

We love this unique collection of holiday cardigans! All come with a luxurious faux fur collar – some detach – and each has its own charm: patch pockets, extra-soft knit, or pretty pattern.

Luxe Tweed Sweater Jacket: bold pattern, detachable collar, button closure
Winter Romance Duster: longer length, patch pockets, snap closure
Plush Collar Cardigan: soft geometric pattern, detachable collar, zip closure

Neutral Territory Coldwater Creek

Sure, many parts of the country are still pretty warm, but fall WILL arrive. Frosty air, falling leaves, and that early morning chill.

…you’ll need a coat!

This year, our fall outerwear collection is brimming with great neutral pieces: sweaters and cardis, vests and jackets, coats, parkas and trenches.

From creamy off-whites to deepest charcoal and all the mochas that come between, the warm colors complement everything in nature’s palette, from earth tones to saturated jeweled hues.

Look for on-trend details like faux fur collars and linings, blanket patterns, bold graphics, and fun features like belts, toggles, and quilting.

Perfect pieces to bridge the last leaf and the first snow, these stylish sweaters and jackets may be neutral, but they’ll make sure you never disappear into the background.

On Trend: Faux Fur

If you’re zeroing in on the fur trend, you’re definitely getting warmer. The fur is faux, sure! But the fashion stir is all real.

As a statement or an accent, it’s everywhere this year. The runway at New York’s Fall Fashion Week saw fur trim on hats, boots, clutches, and especially collars.

We’ve taken this irresistible idea and applied it to a whole collection of fabulous and functional neutral-toned pieces. Our fanciful assortment of sweaters, jackets, coats and vests take fall’s wear-with-everything palette to a whole new level.

The stars of the show: a cozy knit poncho trimmed with a long swath of faux sable, a marled sweater with detachable faux fox collar, and a wool blend coat with faux fur to button on or off.

Each piece is proof – the new neutrals are anything but ordinary.

Next week: read part two of our Neutral Territory series – “Shimmer!”
